The winter is a time when we often cook and bake more frequently. From fruit cake to gingerbread men, keeping a non-toxic kitchen is ultra-important! Never cook in Teflon or nonstock cookware surfaces. Over time, the coating begins to chip and the chemicals can begin to enter your food.
