This 6 month 1:1 program is designed to help you shift your daily habits and create the life you want! We will focus on the goals you want to achieve, any issues you want to overcome, and work together to create a plan that fits your lifestyle. This program focuses on emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

This add-on service provides you email/text support between sessions. This means if you’re out with friends and don’t know what to order, just send me a text and I will walk you through the best options. I created this add-on because changing your health and/or lifestyle can be overwhelming and knowing you have someone on your team can make the process much easier!

As a certified Holistic Health Coach, I approach health and wellness in an all encompassing way that goes beyond just looking at what you are eating and takes into consideration your lifestyle, your goals, and your unique body. It’s important to create a plan that is custom to you so that it is achievable. When working together, we will look at more than just your daily eating habits. We will also look at things like your stress level, quality of sleep, what drives your happiness, and many other areas that contribute to your health and wellness!
My approach is to take your current habits and lifestyle and make small manageable tweaks to give you confidence and work towards your goals. I work with a wide range of clients whose concerns cover digestive issues, reducing toxins in their life, improved energy, healthy habits without a lot of time, stress management, anxiety, and creating a healthier life. We will work together to create new habits that will allow you to see long-term success.
